Lower Makefield Woman's Club
Lower Makefield Woman's Club is a group of talented and committed women who are dedicated to helping the local Buck County community through supporting non-profits by hosting fundraisers.
On Wednesday, October 29th members enjoyed an outing to the Oscar Hammerstein Museum and Theatre Education Center in Doylestown. Afterwards members went to lunch at Meglio's in Newtown where owners generally contributed 20% to our great nonprofits: Bucks for Kids and A Woman's Place. If you are curious about the LMWC, please join us on Friday, November 7 at 1PM at St. John's Lutheran Evangelical Church for our Accessories Fundraiser.

We had a great general meeting on Thursday. We enjoyed a fall luncheon, had an excellent presentation from the Yardley Makefield Fire Company with lots of helpful tips on home safety, and we discussed our Accessory Fundraiser scheduled for November 7.
